Our in-house team consists of 25 members, each for various attributes, but it always came down to each person’s ability to provide great customer service and meet customer requirements.
We only hire certified/accredited French translators and interpreters who are qualified and translate/interpret “into” their native tongue. These team members are a combination of in-house, full-time contract, as well as part-time contract personnel.
We proofread all translation work with an independent French translator, as well as a second independent “document format” check before returning work to a customer. We do this with a process that meets even tight deadlines!
We are certified to the Canadian Standard for translation services (CGSB131.10) and ISO 17100 for our international clients. These audited certifications clearly show the benefits of using an approved company over individual translators or a non-certified French translation company.
