Language Marketplace® Inc is considered to be the leading French language translation company in Canada for quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness, while still offering great personal service. We think it comes down to two main reasons – our service attitude and the quality of our translators and interpreters. Our in-house team consists of 25 members, each chosen to work at Language Marketplace® for various attributes, but it always came down to each person’s ability to provide great customer service and meet customer requirements.
Our business has grown due to five main factors:
1) We only hire certified/accredited translators and interpreters who are qualified and translate/interpret “into” their native tongue. These team members are a combination of in-house, full-time contract, as well as part-time contract personnel.
2) We proofread all translation work with an independent translator, as well as a second independent “document format” check before returning work to a customer. We do this with a process that meets even tight deadlines!
3) We are certified to the Canadian Standard for translation services (CGSB131.10) and EN15038 for our European clients. This audited certification clearly shows the benefits of using a CGSB approved company over individual translators or a non-certified company.
4) We are also certified to NSGCIS for Community Interpretation Services.
5)Finally, we offer great customer service! We respond quickly and personally to our customers’ needs with dedicated Account Coordinators.
Language Marketplace® provides translation and interpretation services to a broad range of clients from government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and individuals in need of our services. We provide service to both the public and private sectors.

Your Translation Coordinator will strive for the following:
* Understand each client's needs
* Provide upfront costing that is ALWAYS honored
* Set guaranteed goals for each project
* Select the right team of linguists for each translation
* Maintain rigorous Quality Control as per translation processing standards EN 15038 and CGSB131.10
* Maintain contact with client during all projects
Provide the right linguist:
* Must only work into their mother-tongue
* Must have the right language skills
* Must have the right subject skills
* Must have proven themselves through ongoing assessment
Open dialogue with the client:
* Keep the client informed at all times
* Clarify any pertinent issues with the client throughout the project process
* Work transparently so that the client will never be compromised
* Work in a friendly and professional manner so that the client is confident and content at all times
