Our Key Features
We are a certified translation company known for quality, but remembered for service. Below are key features of our organization.
• We are a Certified Translation Service provider by the Canadian Standards Board. This is an audited certification to CAN/CGSB-131.10-2008.
• We only hire certified and/or accredited translators who are qualified and translate “into” their native tongue.
• We provide “free” prepress review of print materials. As a service to all of our customers, we provide a “final review” of language substitutions made by a customer’s DTP (we also provide DTP services for many customers!) in both its graphics and format prior to a customer’s print production. We deal with several advertising firms –we know the process and difficulties that this process entails!
• All clients have an assigned “Coordinator” whose sole purpose is to ensure that we meet every customer requirement accurately and on time.
• We proof-read all work with an independent translator, as well as a second independent “format” check before returning work to a customer. This is mandated by our Certifications.
• We use a terminology database for each customer to ensure consistent translations.
• We are a debt free corporation, which has been profitable since inception, with a growth rate of 18% in 2010; we will be there for your needs in the future.
• We have the technical infrastructure to handle the most demanding requests.
• Language Marketplace® has a Risk Management Plan as set out in EN 15038, which can help mitigate many items that can affect service to a customer. These include simple items such as Internet access issues (T1 and DSL backup), to the complete loss of our building.
• We are a fully insured Translation Service provider. We hold General Liability Insurance of $5,000,000, and Error & Omission Insurance of $2,000,000, neither of which has been used.
• Language Marketplace® has been granted and holds a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of RELIABILITY STATUS and Document Safeguarding at Level C. All employees hold a minimum Security Clearance of Reliability Status.
